Basil Cheese Dip
Serves 2-4
Preparation time 1 hour
Cooking time 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- 4-6 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1 and 1/2 cup curd
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chilly flakes
- salt to taste
Directions
Drain all the water from the curd by tying it up in a muslin cloth or leaving it in a a stainer for an hour. Once all the water is drained out remove the hung curd and mix chopped basil leaves, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, chopped walnuts olive oil and chilly flakes. Chill and serve with vegetables of your choice, tortilla chips or potato chips.
