Creamed Spinach
Serves 4

Ingredients
- 1 bunch spinach
- 2 cups cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp butter
- pinch of nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Blanch spinach in warm water and chop finely. In a non-stick pan add butter onion and garlic. Saute till transparent. Add the cream. Add spinach salt pepper and nutmeg. Keep stirring till spinach is soft and creamy. In case you find the mixture dry you can add some milk to it. Serve hot with tortilla chips, potato chips, pita bread or vegetables of your choice or serve as a side dish by itself.
