Easy Crème Brule
Serves 4

Ingerdients
- 2 cups cream
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1tsp vanilla essence
Directions
Heat 2 cups cream . In a bowl whisk sugar, salt, vanilla essence and eggs. Add the mixture to cream. Put it all in cups and put the cups in a half filled water baking try. Bake for 25 mins on 180 degrees. Then cool. Caramelize sugar by heating it on the gas and add on the Crème Brule it after its baked. The sugar will harden. Cool and serve.
