Italian Popcorn
Serves 2

Cooking time 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp corn kernels
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp chilly powder
- 1 tsp parmesan cheese
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
Directions:
In a wok add oil and add the corn kernels. Place a heavy lid on the wok and set the wok on high flame. In a minute or two you will hear popping noise. When you hear one pop in 2 -3 seconds turn the heat off. Your popcorn is ready. If you have a popcorn maker omit the 1 tbsp oil. Just make the popcorn as you usually do and then follow the rest of the procedure. While the corn is popping heat butter and add the remaining ingredients to it. As soon as you turn the heat off add the butter mixture, close the lid and toss the popcorn well. Make sure you don’t burn your hands. Serve hot!
