Mango Sorbet
Serves 4
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes
Ingredients:
3 mangoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Mix the water and sugar in a saucepan and heat until it forms a simple syrup. The simple syrup is a clear sugar syrup. Peel the mangoes and cut all the flesh from the fruit. Next put all the cut fruit in a blender with lemon juice and the cooled sugar syrup. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and store in the freezer until frozen. Once done remove the frozen sorbet and re blend it. This prevents from ice crystals from forming in the sorbet. Freeze again. Once frozen serve with love !
