the soup was just yumm!my husband loved it as well…served it with garlic bread and it made a perfect combo!!

Butternut squash is pumpkin, bottle gourd is light greenish in color and when cut its white with thin seeds, its also called calabash gourd in Central America. Here is some information on it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bottle_gourd
