Orange Pineapple Cream Pudding

Ingredients:
3 oranges
1 packet orange jelly
3-4 canned pineapple slices with syrup
1 cup thick cream
1 tbsp orange rind
1 tbsp orange juice
1 sponge cake, vanilla flavor, cut into thick strips
3 tsp gelatin
Directions:
Chop pineapples and oranges into bite size pieces. Combine pineapple syrup with water and make jelly using this liquid mixture. Follow the instruction of the jelly and substitute water with the liquid mixture while doing so add the gelatin too. Once jelly is fully dissolved get off the fame and cool. Once cooled a bit add the oranges, pineapples, orange rind, cream and orange juice. In your setting / serving bowl arrange cake strips and pour the liquid on it. Repeat laying. Set in the freezer to cool. Once set serve cool.
