Parsley
Parsley is also another widely used herb in Italian cooking. There are 2 kinds of Parsley, flat leaved Parsley and curly Parsley. It looks alomst like cilantro or corriander. Curly Parsley is commonly used for garnishing. Parsley has a very mild taste and flavor compared to other herbs. The flavor goes very well with potato dishes and other Italian dishes like risottos and pastas. It serves as a great garnish for soups also. It is available in dried form too.
