Pepper Rosemary Potatoes
Serves 4
Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 30-45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes, diced into big pieces with skin
- 2 onions, cut into thin strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- salt to taste
Directions:
In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Arrange in a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 30 -45 minutes or until golden. Keep stirring every 15 minutes. Once done serve hot with omelets, sandwiches orĀ as an appetizerĀ by itself.
