Does your coconut milk curdle while cooking Asian food?

The best solution to prevent cocnut milk from curdling duing cooking is adding one spoon coconut milk powder or a spoon of corn flour mixed with water to freshly squeed coconut milk before cooking it. This makes any coconut based gravy or curry nice and thick and doesnt curdle.
