The start of fat free cooking is to cook whatever you cook in a good Non-Stick Skillet. All non stick cookware helps cut the amount of fat like oil or butter used to cook by 75%. Hence you get healthy low fat and well cooked food. For instance, you want to cut down on fat hence you decide to shallow fry patties, if you use a good non stick skillet you will need 1/3 of a spoon or even less of oil or butter to shallow fry the patties compared to a spoon full of oil in any other regular skillet. The non stick skillet helps cook food with less oil but with the same taste.
