So the next time you have opened up too many bottles of wine and don’t know what to do with it, just pour the wine into  your ice cube tray and freeze them into ice cubes. Preserve them in the freezer to prevent from going bad.

When you make casseroles or tagine just toss 2-3 ice cubes and continue cooking with the same old wine flavor without opening a whole new wine bottle
